REFUND POLICY

All products sold at Love Life Chess are digital downloads (PDF files). Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products once the download link has been accessed.

Exceptions — File Issues

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you experience any of the following, we will provide a free replacement file or a full refund at our discretion:

• The file is corrupt or fails to open
• The download link does not work and cannot be resolved
• You received the wrong file
• The file is significantly different from what was described in the listing

To request help, email lovelifechess@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
