Digital Downloads

How do I receive my download after purchasing?

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from us with a secure download link. Click the link to download your PDF file instantly. You can also access your downloads from your order confirmation page.

What file format are the products in?

All of our products are delivered as PDF files. PDFs can be opened on any device — computer, tablet, or phone — using free software like Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Preview, or any modern web browser.

Can I print the products at home?

Yes! All of our products are designed for home printing on standard US Letter (8.5 x 11 inch) paper. You can also take the file to any print shop (FedEx Office, Staples, local printers) for professional printing.

How many times can I print the file?

As many times as you like for your own personal use. Once you purchase a product, it is yours to print repeatedly for yourself.

Can I share the file with others?

Our products are licensed for personal use only. Please do not share, resell, or redistribute the files. Each person who wants to use a product should purchase their own copy.

My download link is not working. What do I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder for the order confirmation email. If you still cannot find it, or if the link has expired, please contact us at lovelifechess@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you a new link right away.

I accidentally purchased the same product twice. Can I get a refund?

Yes. Contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase and we will refund the extra charge. Please include your order numbers in the email.

Chess Products

Are your chess courses and workbooks suitable for beginners?

Yes! We have products designed for all skill levels, from absolute beginners learning how the pieces move all the way to intermediate players studying tactics and endgames. Each product listing describes the target skill level.

What rating level are your chess training materials designed for?

Our materials cover a range of levels. Beginner products are suitable for unrated players up to approximately 800 Elo. Intermediate products target the 800–1400 range. We label each product clearly in its description.

Do you offer printable chess puzzles?

Yes — several of our chess workbooks include printable puzzle pages. Check the Chess Products collection for our full range of chess training materials.

Orders and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details. Look for the padlock icon in your browser to confirm the connection is encrypted.

Can I get a receipt for my purchase?

Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt. If you need a more detailed invoice, contact us at lovelifechess@gmail.com and we will send one.
